Happy Wishes Birthday Card

March is a busy month for us for birthdays.  This means that I've been playing with some of the new Stampin' Up! stamp sets and supplies to make a number of cards.

Today's card uses one of the free Sale-a-bration stamp sets - Happy Wishes.  I have used the Sweet Soiree Designer Series Paper on the card also and love how it has turned out.

This card was quite quick and easy, once I had designed it!  It took me a couple of attempts to get the sentiment right.  My first attempt was to stamp it in Archival Grey and then colour the flowers, but I didn't like the result of it at all!

To decorate the inside of my card I used another one of the current free Sale-a-bration stamp sets, Beautiful Peacock, Since I didn't have the Sweet Soiree stamp set.

There is a lot of colour in this card, which is not my usual style.  But I really love how it turned out!  A list of the supplies used to make this card are included below.
